Vintage Omega Manual Ladies Diamond Wristwatch

This is a 14ct white gold, diamond-set Omega fitted on to an expanding stainless steel bracelet. The bracelet is not an original Omega bracelet, it is marked on each link ‘Speidel USA PAI 3.3073.348’. 

Omega classic timepieces have been worn by many influential people over the years and have played a pivotal part in history by being the first watch on the moon in 1969. Due to their durability and reliability they were used by the British and American army in 1918 and have been the official timekeeping device of the olympic games since 1932.
