Shipping Policy
We dispatch all items via a secure, trackable and signed for delivery service providing full insurance for your item. You will receive a shipping confirmation email after purchase with your tracking number so that you know your order is on its way. We endeavour to dispatch within one working day after payment has been received or on the same day where possible.
Delivery within the United Kingdom
We offer FREE UK delivery on all items. Orders under £500 are sent via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and you should expect to receive your item within 1-3 days. Orders over £500 are sent via Royal Mail “Special Delivery – before 1pm” next working day delivery guaranteed.
Delivery outside of the United Kingdom (Worldwide)
We offer FREE worldwide shipping.
Orders under £1500 are sent via Royal Mail “International Signed For” and you should expect to receive your item within 5-10 working days.
Orders over £1500 are sent via FedEx and you should expect to receive your item with 1-3 days. Local taxes and duties may apply.
*If your order is under £1500 but you would like your item shipped via FedEx, we can do this at an additional cost of £65.*

Returns Policy
We are always available to offer support and believe all items on the website are accurately described and represent good value for money. If you decide that you would like to return an item, we urge you to contact us first to see if we are able to find a solution to the problem. If, after speaking to us you are still unsatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, we offer a 30-day ‘no-fuss, no-quibbles’ 100% return policy.
Items must be returned at your cost via a secure and insured service. Do not send the item through normal post as we cannot be responsible for lost items. We recommend all returned items to be sent via courier or Royal Mail Recorded Next Day Delivery with cover for the item value in case the item is lost. In the case of any error on our behalf we will cover the cost of return shipping.
